The metered control handle features a compact and lightweight design suitable for replacement of standard non-metered grease control handles. It includes a rigid discharge spout and a "Z" swivel at the inlet. The grease meter control valve provides both a resettable batch total displayed in ounces and a non-resettable cumulative total displayed in pounds, ensuring accurate measurement of grease dispensed under varying system operating conditions. The body, handle, and gear cover are made of machined aluminum, while the steel control lever handle has a receptacle for two user-replaceable 1.5V standard AA batteries. The inlet measures 1/4" NPTF and the outlet is 1/8" NPTF. It is microprocessor controlled with an LCD display and features a control lever lock to safely secure the discharge lever and prevent accidental valve opening. The maximum operating pressure is 7,250 PSI with a minimum burst pressure of 14,500 PSI. Metering accuracy is +/- 3%, and the battery type/life is two AA batteries with a lifespan of approximately 10,000 hours. The weight of the product is 2.1 lb (batteries included), and it operates within a temperature range of 30° F to 140° F.
