The Absolute Filtration Cart is designed for efficient filtering with a flow rate of 20 GPM, utilizing 5 layer high-performance filter elements that boast exceptionally high contaminant holding capacities and achieve beta ratios exceeding 800. This cart facilitates reaching target ISO fluid cleanliness levels while ensuring high fluid quality and superior system longevity. Filter elements are available in cartridge and spin-on styles for both particulate and water removal applications. The versatile plumbing design permits bulk transfer or filtration by manipulating a couple of valves. Constructed from heavy gauge 1" steel tubing with a powder-coated finish for durability, the cart features easy maneuverability with 10" pneumatic tires. It includes a unique probe/discharge nozzle retainer/drip catch system and is equipped with a 10' suction hose, 20' discharge hose, and 4' suction and discharge probe, all fitted with cam-lock connections for easy use. Probes can be conveniently stored in drip receptacles, while hoses can be coiled on provided retainers. Optional fluid sample ports can be integrated before and/or after the filter as needed, and pressure gauges are installed after each filter to monitor filter conditions. This unit is U/L listed, ensuring it meets specific safety standards.
