The Buyers steel underbody truck box model 1702115 features a black 18x18x60-inch design constructed from 14-gauge steel with a powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance. It includes a stainless steel rotary paddle latch, with options for a T-handle latch or die cast T-handle compression latch on an aluminum door. The box has recessed doors with beveled edges to protect against moisture and road dirt, equipped with a 1/2" thick gasket system and stainless steel continuous hidden hinges. The door mechanism is reinforced with a backbone to protect the latch, and "aircraft cable" door retainers are included. Doors are replaceable for added maintenance convenience.
