VHT 550° F (288° C) Engine Enamels® are available in a wide range of colors, including exact match factory colors, and feature excellent durability along with superior heat and chemical resistance. Formulated to withstand corrosion, rust, salt spray, chemicals, and additives of modern gasoline blends and degreasers, these enamels consist of a unique blend of urethane and ceramic resins, creating a tough, long-lasting finish suitable for engines, engine accessories, or any application requiring a durable heat or chemical resistant coating. The kit includes an EZ Touch® conical nozzle for easy application and offers maximum heat dissipation and durability. The ceramic resins resist heat up to 550° F, dry to the touch in 30 minutes, and can be handled in 1 hour. Additionally, the finish is resistant to oil and other automotive fluids and will not blister, flake, crack, or peel, making it ideal for use on engine blocks and under hood accessories.
