VHT 550° F (288° C) Engine Enamels® are available in a wide range of colors, including exact match factory colors, providing excellent durability and superior heat and chemical resistance. These enamels are specially formulated to withstand corrosion, rust, salt spray, chemicals, and additives found in today's gasoline blends and degreasers. They consist of a unique blend of urethane and ceramic resins that yield a tough, long-lasting finish suitable for engines and engine accessories, or any application requiring a durable heat or chemical-resistant coating. Key features include an EZ Touch™ conical nozzle, maximum heat dissipation and durability, resistance to heat up to 550° F, and a quick drying time (dry to touch in 30 minutes and handle in 1 hour). Additionally, the formula is resistant to oil and other automotive fluids and will not blister, flake, crack, or peel. This product is designed for use on engine blocks and under hood accessories and is compliant with industry standards, ensuring reliable performance and protection.
