Ultra-Inlet Guard Plus® is designed to protect drains and inlets without the need to lift grates, utilizing heavy-duty non-woven geotextile material that effectively removes oil and sediment from rainfall. This kit helps keep dirt, sand, sediment, trash, and debris out of drains, and features quick and easy installation with built-in magnets, eliminating the hassle of handling heavy catch basin grates. It offers custom sizes and is constructed to allow up to 92 gal/ft²/min of flow through drains, aiding in the removal of oil and other hydrocarbons from stormwater. The low-profile design allows vehicles to drive over it without obstructing traffic or personnel, and it is equipped with built-in overflow ports to mitigate flooding or ponding during heavy rainfall. Additionally, it assists in compliance with NPDES, 40 CFR 122.26 (1999), TMDL, BMP, and SWPPP requirements.
