The HEMCO emergency shower provides a complete solution for emergency shower and decontamination needs, featuring an immediate full-bodied shower and eye/face wash, both activated by a response handle. It is fully factory plumbed to a single inlet with a 1-1/4" IPT and requires a 20 GPM water supply with a tempered water connection recommended. The unit boasts durable one-piece fiberglass construction with a glass-smooth white surface and covered corners for ease of cleaning. Its non-skid surface includes a self-draining containment basin that can drain from either the bottom or the back, featuring a 2" inside diameter drain outlet. Plumbing is designed for installation by a local certified plumber, and the unit meets ANSI and OSHA requirements. It includes seamless molded white fiberglass construction and translucent frosted strip curtains for easy access while containing contaminated water splash. Additionally, stainless steel grab bars on both sides support victims and rescue personnel during decontamination. The unit is equipped with a pull rod activated overhead drench shower and a rear wall-mounted eye/face wash, with an additional 5" depth to accommodate plumbing penetrating out the rear. Overall dimensions are 40"W x 42"D x 95"H.
