The Zurn ZER6003AV-CPM Aquasense 'AV' exposed urinal flush valve is an exposed, quiet diaphragm-type flushometer with a chrome-plated exterior and polished finish. It includes Zurn's AquaVantage TPE, chloramine-resistant, dual-seal diaphragm with a clog-resistant, triple-filtered bypass. This unit features a 6VDC motor actuator paired with an automatic infrared sensor, user-in-view LED, low battery indicator light, switchable 24-hour auto-flush, and three-second delay flush to prevent false activations. The sensor is designed with a 10-degree angle for optimum detection and includes a courtesy flush button. The flush valve is constructed with high-impact resistant polycarbonate housing, an impact-resistant glass lens, and a chrome-plated metal cover. Included in the package are 4 C batteries, a wrench for installation, and an Allen key for accessing the battery compartment. The E-Z Flush electronics are engineered for ultra energy efficiency, ensuring optimal battery life. Additionally, the unit incorporates a high back pressure vacuum breaker, one-piece hex coupling nut, adjustable tailpiece, spud coupling, and flange for top spud connections. The control stop features internal siphon-guard protection, a vandal-resistant stop cap, sweat solder kit, and a cast wall flange with set screw. Internal seals are manufactured from chloramine-resistant materials.
