The Steel Pick Shelving is a 5-level, single tilt shelving unit with dimensions of 78" H x 50" W x 20" D, designed specifically as an add-on for assembly line production. It features a 15-degree shelf angle that allows assemblers to easily view and pick parts from the shelves as needed. As products are utilized, new items slide into place from the back, creating a continuously supplied work or pick point, which significantly enhances productivity. The front beam is equipped with a product stop to prevent cartons, bins, or containers from sliding off the front edge, while the bottom shelf can be inverted to direct empty boxes away from the work area. This shelving unit offers a cost-effective solution for stocking, storing, and increasing cube density. It can be combined with starter shelving to create entire rows; simply lock it into existing starter uprights and load the shelves.
