Lockout-tagout tags include a standard lockout tag labeled "Do Not Operate Maintenance Lock-Out" designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. These vinyl lockout tags are made with 0.015 mil thick tear- and chemical-resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments. The material is a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface, featuring a writable matte surface and a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet. The tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
