Lockout-Tagout tags are designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. These standard lockout tags are made from 0.015 mil thick vinyl that is tear and chemical resistant, ensuring durability in tough environments. The material consists of a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface and features a writable matte surface for clear labeling. Each tag includes a 3/8 inch reinforced brass grommet for secure attachment. The tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements, providing compliance with safety regulations.
