The Lockout-Tagout tags are standard lockout tags labeled "locked out do not remove," designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. These vinyl lockout tags are made with 0.015 mil thick tear and chemical-resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments, featuring a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface. The tags have a writable matte surface and include a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet. They meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
