The lockout-tagout tags are laminated lockout tags designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or the release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. These vinyl lockout tags are made with 0.015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments. The material used is a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface, capable of withstanding the toughest dirty and greasy conditions. The tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
