Lockout-tagout tags are laminated lockout tags with a "Do Not Operate" warning and a picture, featuring an overlaminate for durability. These tags prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. They are made from 0.015 mil thick tear- and chemical-resistant vinyl designed to withstand the toughest environments. The material is a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface that endures dirty and greasy conditions. The tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
