The Lockout-Tagout tag is a bilingual lockout tag designed to be removed only by the person shown, preventing accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy during equipment and machinery maintenance. These vinyl lockout tags are made of .015 mil thick tear- and chemical-resistant vinyl, constructed from a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface, ensuring durability in tough environments. Each tag features a writable matte surface and includes a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet for secure attachment. The bilingual design provides consistent lockout directions and safety information for all staff, including Spanish-speaking personnel. The tags comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
