Lockout-Tagout tags are bilingual lockout tags labeled "Do Not Operate" designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. The vinyl lockout tags are made with .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl, featuring a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface. They have a writable matte surface and include a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet for secure attachment. These bilingual tags convey the same lockout directions and safety information to all staff, including Spanish-speaking personnel. The tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
