The lockout-tagout tags are bilingual lockout tags with the message "Do Not Operate Equipment Lock-Out" designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. These vinyl lockout tags are made with .015 mil thick tear- and chemical-resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments. The material is a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface and features a writable matte surface with a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet for easy attachment. The bilingual tags provide lockout directions and safety information in both English and Spanish to ensure understanding by all staff, including Spanish-speaking personnel. The tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
