Lockout-tagout tags are bilingual lockout tags designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. These vinyl lockout tags are made with 0.015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments, featuring a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface. They include a writable matte surface and a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet for secure attachment. The bilingual tags convey the same lockout directions and safety information to all staff, including Spanish-speaking personnel, and meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
