Bilingual lockout tags are designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. These tags are constructed from .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl, ensuring durability in the toughest environments. The material features a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface, and includes a writable matte surface for easy documentation. Each tag is equipped with a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet for secure attachment. Bilingual lockout tags provide the same lockout directions and safety information, ensuring comprehension among all staff, including Spanish-speaking personnel. These tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements, making them compliant with safety regulations.
