The Bilingual Lockout Tag - Locked Out Do Not Operate is designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. These lockout tags are constructed from .015 mil thick tear- and chemical-resistant vinyl, featuring a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface for durability in tough environments. The tag includes a writable matte surface and a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet for secure attachment. Bilingual in English and Spanish, the tags communicate consistent lockout instructions and safety information to all personnel, including Spanish-speaking staff. This product meets OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
