The Electrical Lockout Center is designed to communicate the importance of lockout safety while storing supplies in one place, protecting personnel from accidents and preventing unwanted equipment operation. The board measures 20" x 14" and includes four corner mounting holes. A wire basket holds a 12" toolbox and components. The center includes a toolbox and board, a single plug outlet, two Grip Tight circuit breaker lockouts, a wall switch plate lockout, a 1-1/2" diameter hasp, two 3/4" padlocks, an ID label pack, a pack of lockout tags and fasteners, and a lockout handbook. This lockout center meets OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
