The Electrical Lockout-Tagout Kit Lockout Pouch Kit is designed to make lockout-tagout procedures convenient, easily accessible, and portable, containing a variety of lockout devices and accessories to help maintain safety in compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements. The kit includes a red nylon pouch for storage, which contains a 1-1/2" lockout hasp, a 3/4" shackle lock, five lockout tags with fasteners, a single pole circuit breaker lockout with recessed hole, a double pole circuit breaker lockout, and two single pole circuit breaker lockouts without holes.
