The pouch kit includes a red nylon pouch to store supplies and contains a 1-1/2" lockout hasp, a 3/4" shackle lock, 10 lockout tags with fasteners, 2 single pole circuit breaker lockouts with recessed hole, 2 double pole circuit breaker lockouts, 2 single pole circuit breaker lockouts without holes, and an oversized breaker lockout.
