The electrical lockout-tagout kit is a bilingual portable lockout kit housed in a rugged 14"W poly carrying case, designed to make lockout-tagout convenient, easily accessible, and portable while meeting OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements. The kit includes three 1-1/2" lockout hasps, three 3/4" shackle padlocks, 16 identification labels, 10 lockout tags with fasteners, three single pole circuit breaker lockouts featuring recessed holes, two double pole circuit breaker lockouts, a large plug lockout, and a lockout handbook.
