The valve lockout kit with a 17" rugged poly carrying case is designed to make lockout-tagout convenient, easily accessible, and portable, containing a variety of lockout devices and accessories to help maintain safety. The kit includes two 1-1/2" lockout hasps, two 3/4" shackle locks, 10 lockout tags with fasteners, 10 accident prevention tags with fasteners, 2 cable lockout devices, 2 valve wheel lockout devices that fit handles from 2-1/2" to 5", two ball valve lockouts that fit valves from 1-1/4" to 2-1/4", and two valve wheel lockout devices that fit handles from 1" to 2-1/2". The kit meets OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements and all items are stored within the 17"W carrying case.
