Valve lockouts are designed to block valve handles from unwanted movement and position changes, featuring an infinitely adjustable cable for a secure fit every time. The lockout mechanism involves feeding the cable end through the points to be locked out and then back through the lockout body. Constructed from durable, multi-strand 1/4" diameter steel cable with a clear vinyl coating, the system allows up to 4 workers to apply locks simultaneously. The kit includes a 6' cable, which can be replaced with a versatile 15' cable (sold separately) that fits the same lockout body. This product meets OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 regulations.
