The Lockout-Tagout Tags include a standard lockout tag designed to be removed only by the person indicated on the back, preventing accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy during equipment and machinery maintenance. The tags are made from 0.015 mil thick tear- and chemical-resistant vinyl, built to withstand tough environments. The material used is a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface and features a writable matte surface with a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet. These tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
