Lockout-Tagout Tags are standard lockout tags designed to indicate "Do Not Operate Equipment Lock-Out" to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. The vinyl lockout tags are made with .015 mil thick tear- and chemical-resistant vinyl, ensuring durability in tough environments. The material is a rigid PVC film featuring a gloss/gloss surface with a writable matte surface and includes a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet for secure attachment. These tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
