The lockout-tagout tags are standard lockout tags labeled "Do Not Operate Equipment Lock-Out," designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. These vinyl lockout tags are made with 0.015 mil thick tear- and chemical-resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments. The material consists of a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface and features a writable matte surface with a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet. The tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
