Lockout-Tagout tags are designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. The standard lockout tag is made from .015 mil thick tear- and chemical-resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments. The material consists of a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface and features a writable matte surface. Each tag includes a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet for secure attachment. These tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
