Lockout-Tagout Tags Standard Lockout Tag - Do Not Start lockout tags prevent accidental or unexpected start-up or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. The vinyl lockout tags are made with .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments. The material is a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface, featuring a writeable matte surface with a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet. These tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
