Lockout-tagout tags standard lockout tag - electric panel locked out are designed to prevent accidental or unexpected start-up or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. These vinyl lockout tags are constructed from .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl, ensuring durability in the toughest environments. The material is a rigid PVC film featuring a gloss/gloss surface and a writable matte surface for easy labeling. Additionally, each tag includes a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet for secure attachment. These tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
