Lockout-tagout tags include a standard lockout tag designed for electrician lock-out applications to prevent accidental or unexpected start-up or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. The vinyl lockout tags are made with .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl to withstand tough environments. The material consists of a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface, featuring a writable matte surface and a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet. These tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
