The Lockout-Tagout Standard Lockout Tag is designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. The vinyl lockout tags are made from .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl, engineered to withstand the toughest environments. The material is a rigid PVC film featuring a gloss/gloss surface and includes a writable matte surface with a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet for secure attachment. These tags comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements and are built to ensure safety during lockout procedures.
