The Standard Lockout Tag is designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. These vinyl lockout tags are made from .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl, with a rigid PVC film that has a gloss/gloss surface. They feature a writable matte surface and include a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet for secure attachment. The product meets OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards.
