Lockout-Tagout tags are standard lockout tags indicating that the energy source has been locked out to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy during equipment and machinery maintenance. These vinyl lockout tags are made from .015 mil thick tear- and chemical-resistant vinyl designed to withstand tough environments. The material consists of a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface, featuring a writable matte surface and a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet. The tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
