Lockout-tagout tags laminated lockout tag prevent accidental or unexpected start-up or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. These vinyl lockout tags are made with .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments. The material is a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface that endures the harshest dirty and greasy conditions. The tags comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
