These vinyl lockout tags are made with 0.015 mil thick tear- and chemical-resistant vinyl designed to withstand the toughest environments. The material consists of a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface, capable of withstanding dirty and greasy conditions. These tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
