Lockout-Tagout tags are standard lockout tags labeled "Do Not Operate Equipment Lock-out," designed to prevent accidental or unexpected startup or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. The vinyl lockout tags are made with 0.015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl to withstand tough environments. The material consists of a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface and features a writable matte surface with a 3/8" reinforced brass grommet. These tags meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
