The Summit STC12 utilizes compressor cooling to ensure reliable temperature performance in commercial environments and is ETL-S listed to NSF-7 commercial standards. It features a compressor-based cooling system that allows for fast temperature pull-down, making it suitable for bars, tasting rooms, and restaurants. This wine chiller accommodates standard Bordeaux style bottles with twelve slots and includes a tinted glass window that showcases the front bottles' labels with an illuminated display. The soft blue LED lighting is adjustable across three levels of brightness, while digital controls allow for precise temperature management, ranging from 41 to 68°F and easily switching between Fahrenheit and Celsius. An internal fan promotes even chilling, and an audible temperature alarm activates if the cooler deviates from the recommended range. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel wrapped exterior cabinet, ensuring both a professional appearance and durability in high-traffic settings. Additional features encompass a temperature alarm, temperature memory function, control panel lock, and automatic defrost. The design is environmentally friendly, containing no ozone-damaging chemicals.
