The kit includes a heavy-duty 3/4" thick wood base and fully-hardened high-carbon steel blades that can cut up to 20 sheets at once, making it suitable for accurately cutting paper, matte board, cardboard, film, tissue, and textiles. It features a permanent 1/2" grid along with dual English and metric rulers for proper alignment, while a patented automatic blade latch locks with every cutting motion for safety. Additionally, a finger guard protects the entire blade length, and a torsion spring prevents the blade from accidentally falling during operation. Non-skid rubber feet provide stability during use. The product comes with a limited lifetime warranty on blades and a one-year warranty on other components.
