The HL8000 Series® receding lateral files are high-quality lateral file cabinets designed for efficiency and functionality. Each unit features receding fronts and roll-out shelves in all drawers above the bottom, with five-drawer models offering roll-out binder storage in the top two drawers. The cabinets are equipped with heavy-duty, three-piece ball-bearing suspension, and a core-removable lock that allows for optional one-key convenience across multiple files. They include full width designer drawer pulls and dual lock bars that secure both ends of the drawers. The construction boasts four adjustable leveling guides and a reinforced double base for stability. An interlock system is integrated to prevent the extension of more than one drawer at a time. Each cabinet includes hang rails for side-to-side filing and is capable of accepting letter, legal, and A-4 size hanging files. Additionally, there is a magnetic label holder for each drawer. The cabinets are finished with a baked enamel coating, available in industry standard black, putty, and light gray colors, and they meet or exceed ANSI/BIFMA standards. The product includes a limited lifetime warranty and is manufactured using 30% post-consumer materials.
