The SPIKE® pre-expanded anchor, suspended ceiling, size 1/4" with a drill diameter of 1/4", is a patented, one-piece, tamper-proof vibration-resistant anchor designed for use in concrete, block, brick, or stone. It features an "S" shaped configuration at the working end to create an expansion mechanism, allowing it to be pre-expanded so no secondary tightening operation is required, thus reducing installation cost.
