The ZIP-IT® Wallboard Anchor, measuring 3/8" to 1", is a one-piece self-drilling anchor made from engineered nylon designed for use in hollow gypsum wallboard to support light duty loads. It is supplied in a standard box without screws and is compatible with No. 6 or No. 8 screws for wall thicknesses from 3/8" to 1". Additionally, the ZIP-IT® Jr. version is formed from engineered nylon for use with No. 6 screws in wallboard thicknesses ranging from 3/8" to 5/8". The anchors provide a reliable solution for securing fixtures in gypsum board, maintaining compliance with relevant installation standards.
