The patented adjustable hand levers are proudly made in the USA and feature a modern industrial design constructed from glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic with a molded metal insert. These levers are specifically designed for applications requiring parts to be clamped in confined spaces or at particular lever positions. The metal insert connects to the lever through serrations that can be easily disengaged by pulling the lever upward, enabling it to swivel to the desired clamping position. Upon releasing the lever, the serrations automatically re-engage, ensuring secure clamping. The nylon plastic used in the construction has a maximum heat resistance of 150°C (230°F).
