Patented and made in the USA, the adjustable hand levers feature a modern industrial design constructed from glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic with a molded-in metal insert. These levers are specifically designed for optimal performance in situations where parts must be clamped in confined spaces or at specific lever positions. The metal insert is linked to the lever through serrations that can be easily disengaged by pulling the lever upward, allowing for adjustment to the desired clamping position. Upon releasing the lever, the serrations automatically re-engage, ensuring secure clamping. The nylon plastic used in these levers exhibits a maximum heat resistance of 150°C (230°F).
