The kit includes a padlock with dimensions of 1-1/2" (3.8cm) wide and 3" (7.6cm) tall, featuring a Zenex™ blue body and shackle that provides a 1-1/2" (3.8cm) clearance. This padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications and is made from a durable, lightweight, non-conductive Zenex™ material. Users can customize the padlock on-site with permanent, write-on labels, ensuring compliance with the OSHA directive of "one employee, one lock, one key." It is equipped with a high-security, reserved-for-safety cylinder and incorporates a key-retaining mechanism that prevents the padlock from being left unlocked. Additionally, the padlock features a keyed-different 6-pin tumbler cylinder and comes in commercial boxed packaging.
