Reddick Sprayers are designed for both commercial applicators and private property owners, featuring a 500-gallon chemical resistant polyethylene tank that is specially constructed for low temperatures and high-brine concentrate solutions. The unit boasts a large fill well for easy access and cleaning, and is built on an all-welded corrosion-resistant aluminum frame with forklift pockets for enhanced durability. Key components include a remote mounted suction strainer and tank on/off valve, a manual Hannay hose reel, and 75 feet of 1/2" thermo low-temp spray hose equipped with a quick coupler. It is powered by an easy-start, fuel-efficient Honda engine and comes with a 7-foot Pro-Series deicing spray boom featuring a 2" receiver mount and manual valve. Additionally, the sprayer includes an electric ball valve control with a remote switch box and cable, adjustable high-pressure jet agitation for effective chemical mixing, and a shock-resistant liquid filled pressure gauge. The design facilitates easy access for maintenance and service, and the unit is factory tested and ships fully assembled, ensuring reliability and performance over years of use.
