Reddick Sprayers are engineered for durability and versatility, featuring a 1000-gallon chemical-resistant polyethylene tank that is specially designed for low temperatures and high-brine concentrate solutions. The unit includes a large fill well for easy access and cleaning, and is constructed with an all-welded corrosion-resistant aluminum frame equipped with forklift pockets for enhanced portability. It features a remote-mounted suction strainer and a tank on/off valve for streamlined operation, as well as a manual Hannay hose reel that comes with 75 feet of 1/2" thermo low-temp spray hose and a quick coupler. The sprayer is powered by an easy start, fuel-efficient Honda engine and includes a 7' Pro-Series deicing spray boom with a 2" receiver mount and manual valve. Additional attributes include an electric ball valve control with a remote switch box and cable, adjustable high-pressure jet agitation for effective chemical mixing, and a shock-resistant liquid-filled pressure gauge. The design allows for easy access to the frame for maintenance and service, and each unit is factory tested and ships fully assembled.
