Fiat's quality laundry tub line is constructed from a sheet molding compound (SMC), which is a plastic composite comprising filler, fire retardant, thickener, and internal mold release combined with liquid resin and a catalyst, then molded under extreme heat and pressure to form the laundry tub. The tub is designed for floor mounting and features compression molded stone. It includes a double bowl configuration along with legs, a hanger, a strainer, and a plug, although it does not include a faucet and supply.
